watching quietly. nudging occasionally.
We're a loose, aging crew who mostly work or worked in IT, in one form or another. We've been playing games together, one way or another, for a very long time. Somewhere along the way we became the little grey men: small, grey-bearded, comfortable in the shadows, generally happy to let the world go about its business without us — until something needs a nudge.
There's no roster here, no manifesto, no org chart. Just a domain, kept mostly for the same reason we keep everything else: because somebody has to, and it might as well be us.

littlegreymen.org shares its roots with a small, related group of sites:
- dreaming.org a home for a loose family of people and projects, since 1997.
- shelluser.net a place for people who still remember what a shell prompt is for.
